You might notice a fresh face to our online directory since your last visit. This transformation stems from a re-evaluation that began in 2022.
Since our site’s debut in 2016, we’ve consistently absorbed feedback from our diverse user base, spanning both private individuals and professionals. Our mission has always been to cater to everyone: ensuring simplicity for casual users and in-depth features for the more dedicated. Quality and optimal performance remain our steadfast priorities.
Today’s fleamapket.com is a significant evolution from its 2016 version. Beyond the refreshed aesthetics, we’ve incorporated numerous innovative features, making your antique and flea market searches more efficient and fulfilling than ever. Quality and peak performance remain at the heart of these improvements.

Behind every great project there are great people. Beyond my vision of what this directory should look like, Fleamapket would probably not be what it is today without the involvement of extraordinary professionals who have joined me in this project. From content writing to code customization to storytelling, Fleamapket is the result of a melodious multi-handed composition. Kudos to some of these very special contributors.
Natasha Beckerson: Natasha stands out among the many content contributors to Fleamapket for her research and writing skills. Her tireless efforts, curiosity, and sense of a job well done have helped make Fleamapket a valuable resource for antique shopping enthusiasts.
Hassan and Pajdim (27collective): Aside from the undeniable quality of the code in the theme used for Fleamapket, the 24/7 availability of the team behind MyListing is second to none. The 27Collective team has always taken the time to respond to every request in a more than reasonable timeframe, and they’ve never hesitated to go out of their way to answer requests that few would have taken the time to answer. For that, I am eternally grateful.
Jenny Chan (jennychan.dev): There are coders, and then there’s Jenny Chan. Jenny is one of those people who is truly passionate about her work and doesn’t count her time. She understood my ideas, my vision, and made it possible with her programming virtuosity to make Fleamapket even more unique in its functionality.
Ramon Siso (monsiso.co): Storytelling is more powerful than a few magic beans because it helps build trust and engagement with a brand. I’ve known Ramon for over 20 years, since we worked together at the same PR agency. I know not only the professional, but also the person. And he’s someone I’ve always trusted completely. He immediately understood the Fleamapket philosophy, and the message I wanted to get across, and put it into words. And then it all made sense. If you’re looking for THE word wizard, he’s the one.
And of course, I saved the best for last: I couldn’t have put all the energy into Fleamapket without the unconditional support of my wife and family. In retrospect, when I see how far I’ve come since 2016 (and even before), I realize that such a project might seem like madness. Creating and maintaining a quality directory of the best flea markets and antique fairs is an extremely time-consuming and demanding undertaking. And without such support, doomed to failure. Thank you for your patience and for believing in my vision.
