Lincoln Road Antique & Collectible Market

A few times a month from October to May, Lincoln Road Mall plays host to the best antique show in South Florida. Locals-in-the-know have been flocking for years to Lincoln Road for the fair’s pretty frocks from all eras and used (though still gorgeous) furs at reasonable prices.

Located in the public spaces from Michigan to Lenox Avenues, about 125 dealers set up an eclectic array of affordable goods including art, retro fashions, furniture, jewelry, housewares and furniture, clothing and Miami memorabilia. The fair is also home to a few rare artisans and vendors: A woman who reworks gorgeous vintage lace and crochet into delicate dresses, a man who sells perfectly frameable magazine clippings and other great one-of-a-kind finds.

Miami’s design community thrives on the early-bird buying frenzy over Mid-Century objects used to punctuate quirky interiors for their upscale clients. Many popular home magazines have featured photos of renovated houses decorated with accent pieces discovered at the Lincoln Road Sunday Market. From a George Nelson slat bench to a one-of-a-kind sculpture, the chances of finding something truly unexpected are far greater for those arriving early.

The Lincoln Road Antique & Collectable Market is probably one of the most interesting flea markets in the US, offering a huge variety of high quality items. A must see if you happen to be in Miami Beach!
