Cole's Flea Market is both the largest and the oldest flea market in the city of Pearland, Texas. It opened in 1968, and from its earliest moments, it spanned over 44 acres, intent on opening with a bang and showing the locals just how big a flea market could be! This flea market is open every weekend, rain or shine. With both indoor and outdoor stalls, the organizers have made sure that this market is well attended and enjoyed all year round.
The number of vendors that set up shop at Cole's Flea Market each weekend is incredible. It varies a bit from weekend to weekend, but visitors are guaranteed over 1300 different stalls to browse. With so many stalls, it can feel like a daunting task to see everything in one day, so visitors tend to arrive early to make the most of the day.
The doors open at a reasonable hour and there are always people chomping at the bit, waiting to be the first to get their eyes on the great antiques and vintage goods available here. However, you do not have to be an early bird to get the best deals. With so many vendors, there is more than enough to go around, even though around 15,000 shoppers may pass through on any given weekend.
As you might expect from the number of vendors, it is impossible to leave Cole's Flea Market empty-handed. With such a wide variety of vendors, there is definitely something for everyone. Shoppers will find all kinds of blast from the past, including vintage toys, clothing, furniture, records, electronics, comic books, tools, sports memorabilia, Americana, advertising collectibles, curiosities, and more.
In addition to the incredible antique and vintage vendors, Cole's Flea Market also welcomes a number of food trucks to its events. Live music also accompanies each flea, creating a truly festive atmosphere each weekend. It makes for a great weekend for the whole family, antique collectors or not.
