Every vendor applies and goes through a vetting process, so the floor holds genuine antiques, handmade artisan goods, repurposed furniture and specialty food products rather than knockoff imports or dollar-store overflow. For collectors and pickers, that distinction matters immediately. For casual browsers, it means the quality of what you encounter stays consistently interesting rather than patchy.

Live music runs across both days, giving the fairgrounds a festival register rather than a purely transactional one. Past performers have included Jake Hoult and Band, Crooked Root Band and Mike McLain — names that suggest the organisers treat the music as atmosphere, not afterthought. Food is taken equally seriously. Holy Smokers handles the BBQ, Happy Camper Donuts covers the sweet end, and Righteous Cuisine brings gourmet tacos and nachos. Fresh-squeezed lemonade, coffee, beer, wine and sangria keep things going through long afternoon sessions. Shopping here tends to run longer than planned.
