In 1977, Dan Poulin opened the doors of Orphan Annie's Antique Store and welcomed the public to his wonderland of antiques. Over the decades, the reputation of this Auburn, Maine antique store has only grown and it is known for offering a wide selection of high quality vintage and antique items. The owner is a collector himself and has been collecting and selling antiques for many decades, so you know you are in good hands when you shop here.
The collection of antiques at Orphan Annie's Antique Store continues to grow week after week thanks to the owner's ongoing dedication to antiques. In fact, his diligence in acquiring new treasures has led to the expansion of the store to a second location. Turner Street Furniture Warehouse has added an additional three floors of capacity to the antique collection and a much higher chance of snagging a particularly coveted antique for your collection!
At Orphan Annie's Antique Store, the sights, sounds and smells take you back to a simpler time as soon as you walk in the door. Once inside, you are immediately immersed in nostalgia and feel like you have stepped back in time. Each item inside tells a story, and you know that each piece has been loved enough to be preserved for a lifetime or more!
Orphan Annie's Antique Store is located near the riverfront just off Auburn's main street. The store is on the smaller side, though there are still more than enough items to choose from inside. Every nook and cranny is filled with antique treasures. Visitors to this store can expect to see lighting fixtures, jewelry, vintage books and magazines, clothing, vinyl records, furniture, glassware, china, brooches, vases, decorative items, and more. Unlike some antique stores, there is not a speck of dust to be seen at Orphan Annie's, which is a remarkable feat considering the sheer number of items found here!
