One of the largest flea markets and auction sites in Wales, the Cardiff Indoor Flea Market was born from its founders' long love for antiques and collectables, and their desire to share that passion with their local community.
It all started when the owners found a disused warehouse and transformed the huge space into a real celebration of all things antique and vintage. By now, this indoor market is tempting in visitors from further afield too, and with good reason.
The goal of the Cardiff Indoor Flea Market is to provide a space where both collectors and the more casual shopper can enjoy spending a few hours of their time, and perhaps a few pounds of their money! It aims to be family friendly too, with a lovely cafe on site and stalls offering goods that the whole family can chat about and enjoy. Parents will find themselves trying to explain how that weird, large gadget can actually take photos or the working mechanisms within old toys and reliving their youth through nostalgia!
Cardiff Indoor Flea Market is perfect for those searching for unique items for their home, or even an interesting gift idea. It is also a great place for more serious collectors to check out, as there is no telling what treasures may be found week after week. There are mirrors and other pieces of furniture, art work, musical instruments, globes, kitchen ware, china ware, toys, books, cameras, radios, clothing and a whole lot more.
The stalls at the Cardiff Indoor Flea Market are well laid out and definitely make the most of the large space within. All the vendors are friendly and happy to help out any visitor that needs it, whether they are interested in their particular goods or perhaps the vendor's next door. It is easy to see why so many visitors here are regular patrons; one trip here simply is not enough!
