Located in the historic Buckner Community stands the oldest monthly antique fair and flea market in North Texas. Third Monday Trade Days first opened in the 1870's and has since grown into the event that it is today.

With over 450 vendors offering an impressive selection of retro toys, sporting goods, unique gifts, re-purposed items, trendy clothes, traditional western wares, shabby chic furniture, glassware and engraved silver pocket watches, Third Monday Trade Days in McKinney is the go to market for everything you could possibly need!

To get an idea for the size of this market, there is 18 acres of land reserved just for parking! Insiders tip: parking is free on Fridays. There are also two ATM machines on site, mobility cart rentals and three separate shopper entrances and exits, and an air conditioned mall. Third Monday Trade Days is much more than your average flea market, it might as well be called an antique village.

The vendors are located in outside booths as well as a couple of big buildings. You can even purchase real estate at this market. The selection of products are of genuine high quality, and the vendors are friendly and chatty. Third Monday Trade Days has an atmosphere that is unparalleled to any other markets in this area of Texas.
