Known as Michigan's largest collection of antique and collectible dealers, the Michigan Antique & Collectible Festival has been a premier shopping opportunity for collectors of all kinds for more than 50 years.
The popularity of the original Antique Festivals in Midland has grown to such an extent that a second location with more vendors has been opened in northern Oakland County. Held two select weekends a year at Springfield Oaks County Park in Davisburg, MI, this antique market fills 5 buildings and houses approximately 500 dealers with items ranging from beautifully preserved Art Deco pieces to vintage primitives and garden art. And since this market is guaranteed to take place regardless of the weather, mark your calendars!
The vendors at the Michigan Antique & Collectible Festival really know their stuff, and the event is usually organized in such a way that shoppers can find the area and items that appeal to them most - but endless browsing with no clear direction is also a perfectly acceptable way to enjoy an excellent market! The Michigan Antique Festival staff is happy to help in any way they can, including muscle power if you happen to buy so much that help is needed!
The Davisburg location of the Michigan Antique & Collectible Festival takes advantage of the beautiful historic Ellis Barn, which represents a significant period in Michigan's agricultural and transportation history. Built in 1884, it features a true gambrel roof and is used as a fantastic area to display the high quality antiques. At the other end of the scale, along Industrial Way, are the merchants who specialize in "shabby-chic" goods and upcycled items. This is a second hand lover's dream!
The Michigan Antique & Collectible Festival also celebrates all things local. There is a craft beer garden serving specialty brews made in the area and local entertainment. There is also a huge classic car show with all kinds of entertainment and prizes. There is simply an excellent atmosphere in every single corner of the Michigan Antique & Collectible Festival, and entertainment galore of all shapes and sizes.
