The Waverley Antique Bazaar is located just outside Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It was established in 2011 by Geoff Armstrong and Barbara White. Geoff was certainly no stranger to the antique world, having previously established highly successful antique centres in two other Australian cities. As such, he was a familiar face in the antiques and collectibles world in this part of Australia and brought a level of credibility and expertise to his stores. Since the late 2010s, Waverley Antique Bazaar has new owners who are continuing his legacy by maintaining the store as one of the premier antique shops in the area.
There are around 240 different stallholders trading at Waverley Antique Bazaar. The huge warehouse space covers thousands of square feet and is divided into different vendor areas. It is very well organised and a pleasure to walk around and browse the antiques. Be advised that comfortable shoes are a must when planning your visit here, as it can take a while to walk around and take in everything on display.
So many stallholders bring a wide range of goods to the Waverley Antique Bazaar. Each brings their own unique style to their stall, from century-old cedar furniture to funky retro pieces. As well as the stunning antiques, shoppers can also expect to find comics, figurines, vinyl records, radios, glassware, ceramics, porcelain, brassware, art, kitchenware and utensils, clocks, watches, military memorabilia, car and petrol collectibles, mirrors, vintage clothing and much more - there is something for every taste and every type of collector.
Waverly Antiques Bazaar is open daily. New merchandise arrives daily, so no matter how often you visit, there will always be new vintage and antique items to admire. If you are looking for something specific, the friendly staff at the service counter will be happy to help. Whatever you are looking for, it is bound to be in this store somewhere.
